Handwoven Olive Rug with Fringes
Handcrafted from Fique plant, a traditional organic material from Colombia, this rug is crafted using the knitting with two needles technique. Each braid incorporates 7 strands of material, creating a tightly woven texture that minimizes dust accumulation compared to other fibers. It's low-maintenance and easy to clean thanks to its slower liquid absorption rate compared to cotton and wool. This rug features a combination of two thread colors: olive and sand. It finishes with a beautiful fringe trim and braided edges to prevent fraying.

CARE
- Shedding of loose fibers is a natural occurrence that will gradually diminish over time. Typically, you can expect the most shedding to happen during the initial 3–6 months. To manage shedding, make sure to vacuum regularly using a low-power setting. Avoid using vacuum cleaners equipped with a beater brush as they may cause damage to the fibers.
