Within 10 days of purchase, we accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
All sale items, that are purchased at an additional sale-on-sale discount and marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If your pot is made of cement, you can plant directly, the planter contains drainage, however you can also plant it in an additional plastic pot, so that you can make an irrigation system and sun baths and re-introduce.
- If your pot is woven and you are going to place a natural plant, keep in mind that you must plant it in an additional plastic pot, so that you can make an irrigation system and reintroduce it. The natural plant should not be planted directly into the basket.
- For The iron stands we recommend that you clean it with a dry cloth.
- For drainage, we recommend placing a towel or a plate while the plant drains.
